With this tool you are covered for all you classic bike needs. Combination wrench for air cooled spark plugs with 1-1/8” hex and for older style common plugs with 7/8” hex.

Duplicate of the original tool used to remove and install OEM-type air cooled spark plugs with 1-1/8” (28.5 mm) hex.

For all spark plugs with 16 mm and 21 mm hex. 180° swivel. Not suitable for Twin Cam models.

Special, deep sockets for spark plugs. They feature an external hex which allows the use of wrenches when space is limited. Rubber inserts hold the plug when lifting it from the cylinder head. The off-corner loading design reduces rounding.

Special sockets with extra depth for spark plugs. Equipped with an external hex profile at the top end, they can easily be gripped with spanners or pliers if space is scarce. Inside, a magnet ensures that the spark plug does not fall down after unscrewing.

Special plug made from clear plastic, used to close the timing hole while checking with a strobe.

Slim version of the timing hole plug with better optics.

For point ignitions. This service tool locks the automatic advance mechanism on point ignitions for accurate static timing.

With this smart tool you can quickly check if your magneto produces a spark or not. If you position the "Sparky" close to an ignition wires and the blue light comes on, the magneto produces a spark. Very helpful when you want to exclude the magneto as the cause of an ignition problem.
This tool has been calibrated specifically for magnetos, but will work on just about anything that sparks.

The Guardian Diagnostic System offers engine builders and tuners some powerful tools to use with the S&S IST Ignition module. The Guardian Kit contains a software CD for PC‘s, a translator unit and two cables that connect the translator to the COM port of your PC, and to the data link on the motorcycle wiring harness. Once connection between the computer and IST module is made, the software allows access to new functions and diagnostic data. The GDS works with IST systems manufactured after October 1st 2003 for applications thru 2003. With IST modules manufactured after Oktober 1st 2005 (serial number begins with „G“ or higher letter) the year range can be expanded for 2004-2005 models.

GDS allows you to use a PC with a 9-pin COM port to perform the following functions:

enable the break-in rev limit function to protect a new or rebuilt engine during break-in (this break-in rev limiter allows S&S to offer an extra year of warranty on IST equipped engines), adjust the final rev limit up to 7,200 rpm, look at diagnostic test codes (DTCs) or clear history DTCs (scan tool function), calibrate the speedometer in 2004-2005 models., look at live data (rpm, manifold absolute pressure, engine temperature, battery voltage, spark timing, dwell, and coil current) for both cylinders while the engine is running, to aid in service work or performance development, look at history information (number of starts, number of rev limiter hits after the break-in rev limit has expired, amount of time spent in various operating conditions, maximum temperature reached, current „rev“ limit, total engine cycles & running time).,
