This frame is an exact reproduction of the Harley-Davidson 45”/750 cc stock chassis and provides the perfect foundation for authentic restorations or custom builds in chopper or bobber style. It matches the original specifications in every dimension and detail.

The frame is made from high-quality steel. Heavily stressed areas such as the engine and transmission mounts are manufactured from drop-forged steel, ensuring maximum strength and dimensional accuracy — just as Harley-Davidson did with the original frames of the 45” Solo models of that era.

The bare metal surface offers maximum flexibility for individual finishing, whether painting, powder coating, or traditional techniques.

Compatible with all Harley-Davidson 45”/750 cc Solo series from 1941 through the early 1950s.
