Update your old 4-speed Big Twin from the old coil spring clutch to the late style diaphragm spring clutch which proved to be superior right from the start when it was introduced in 1985 on Evo Big Twins plus the Pro-Clutch friction area is increased by almost 100%, which allows a decrease in diaphragm spring pressure. For the rider this means less effort at the hand lever, smooth control and still excellent horsepower handling potential. Repeated burn-outs or two-up serpentine riding in the mountains with frequent clutch dragging are no problem for a Pro-Clutch. All kits install quickly and easily into the stock chain housing. The kits for 4-speed Big Twins from 1936–84 come with a durable double-row ball bearing that replaces the shaky stock “caged bearing” for a sturdy connection between mainshaft, hub, and basket. The stock clutch basket may be retained. All Pro-Clutch kits include a clutch hub, friction plates and steel plates, stainless steel pressure plate, diaphragm spring, spring retainer, four shoulder nuts, a clutch hub nut with seal, and installation instructions.

A distinctive designed which stands out and which will look cool on many kinds of Custom bikes. Features a full SMD-LED circuit board which works as running light, brake light and number plate illumination through a window on the underside. The Gort lamp mounts directly with two studs to all flat surfaces.

Once factory accessory for the 1954-56 model years, today these excellent reproductions top off correct restaurations. Designed for installation on rigid frame fenders but look gorgeous on later models also (without half-moons). Made of about 4 mm thick top grain cowhide leather with waterproof plastic back.

These minimalist mechanical brake pedals with pre-assembled mounting plates bolt directly to Big Twin frames and are ideal for chopper conversions. Designed for Big Twins 1936-1957 but can be used on later models with minor spacing applied. Oil-impregnated bushing and the CNC-machined shaft and spool ensure perfect function and accuracy of fit. A screw-in and replaceable stop-pin that is recommended to be installed to the brake pedal shaft with red Loctite, serves as a hidden positive and negative stop.

It is a fact that while the engines seem to last forever, those worn, clunky 45” transmissions can be a continuous source for trouble. Full restorations - and that’s exactly what is often required - are expensive and tasks for the real experienced only, so it is definitely worthwhile to consider a complete replacement. Especially when this replacement is not just a well functioning duplicate of the same old thing but a large improvement, too.
A real drawback with original 3-speed transmissions is the large gear ratio difference between 1st and 2nd, i.e. from 2.47 to 1.57:1 with a consequent big rpm drop. If you ever rode 2-up in the mountains you will know how annoying this can be. The 4-speed version with its extra gear is a vast improvement here because it allows you to stay in the power band much better for an overall riding performance unknown before. Additionally, all gears are machined from modern materials for higher strength and feature an updated tooth-design for smoother and quieter running. Solo machines, sidecar rigs and Servi-Cars - all likewise benfit from these features.
The 4-speed transmission comes completely assembled with all gears, shafts and covers installed for a quick, straightforward installation. It accepts your original primary drive with clutch and the chain sprocket with cover. It looks exactly the same as its 3-speed counterpart so nobody can tell the difference from its outer appearance. The only extra part required is a 4-speed shifter gate.

This classic Eaton Style gas cap is designed for Harley-Davidson vintage and antique motorcycles. It matches the design from the years 1941 to 1954, featuring a rim height of 18 mm. For models from 1955 to 1972, the gas cap height was reduced to 13 mm. Additionally, starting in 1965, a non-vented gas cap was used on the left side to prevent fuel overflow.

Custom intake manifold which allows direct installation of Bendix and Keihin (butterfly) carburetors on 1940-1954 Knuckleheads und Panheads without adapters or cylinder head modifications. Made extra wide (97 mm), which is excellent when you build an engine with longer cylinders or stroker plates. Requires to be shortened to match the respective situation.

Racing style gas tanks for Big Twins shaped after the legendary WR model tanks of the late forties and early fifties. The beautiful narrow design and excellent European craftsmanship really stand out in the crowd. Each set is completely handmade by experts. Unlike the original WR pattern these tanks are supposed to contain gas in both halves.
To avoid an unsightly gap between engine and gas tanks our WR Style tanks are model specific and sit close to the motor which looks purpose-built instead of universal.

Rear brake system for Singles 1926-1930 and 45”/750 cc 1929 models. It includes the brake drum, bracket, outer band with lining and lever.

These manifold clamps are cast from brass and precision-machined. The groove for the O-ring is exactly shaped and positioned where it is supposed to be for a perfect seal. Top notch quality! Delivered with a set of classic looking hex head screws.

This air cleaner is made from 6061 aluminum and features a high flow foam filter element. The cover can be attached to or removed from the backing plate using a ¼ turn lock mechanism and is held in place by the pressure of the specially designed stainless steel spring. In addition to the cool look, the spring also acts as a cage for the filter element.
In case the air filter is to be fitted to a different carburetor or bike, the version for CV carburetors is drilled with the S&S hole pattern on the inside of the backing plate and vice versa.
