The Cannonball StealthStarter system converts your classic kickstart-only Harley-Davidson to electric start. After installation you just push the button or turn the key to fire up your classic Big Twin.
The Cannonball SSK electric start system bolts between kicker cover and transmission case. The stock kick starter can be retained. Due to the system’s low profile, only ¾” (19 mm) wide construction the overall appearance of your motorcycle will remain virtually unchanged. Primary drive, primary housing and oil tank will stay untouched.
Installation is fairly easy and straightforward. The kit includes everything needed for the conversion except for the extended throwout bearing, battery, wires and starter button/switch.
If the bike is still equipped with an early stock 6 V electrical system, you will have to convert this to 12 V. Depending on the configuration some other options are available separately.
Since the kicker cover moves 19 mm to the right the following modifications may be necessary:
A stock 2-1 exhaust system will have to be routed slightly outward to compensate for the offset of the kicker cover. , A longer clutch release lever will be necessary on rod actuated configurations like Moustraps or Footclutch. A longer lever can be ordered seperately if needed., A extended throwout bearing must be ordered seperately for your type of clutch pushrod since the stock pushrod will be 19 mm too short.,
A longer brake crossover shaft will be necessary on all bikes using the original mechanical rear brake in conjunction with the original 2-1 or similar exhaust. A longer crossover shaft can be ordered separately if needed. ,
Original rear fenders need to be slightly dented for starter motor clearance. Alternatively, an aluminum “Dent” can be ordered separately. In this case the fender needs to be cut out to allow the “dent” to be mounted with the original lower fender mount bolt and the two oil tank/battery tray bolts.

Made from high-quality curved aluminum, the Starburst MOON Covers shield the spoke area of 16-inch Harley-Davidson wheels. They fit spoke wheels equipped with either drum or disc brakes. With an outer diameter of 15 inches, the covers sit precisely in the rim bed, neatly covering the space between the hub and brake or sprocket. One of the discs includes a cutout for the tire valve to allow easy access. Installation requires craftsmanship and individual adjustment, as the covers are delivered without pre-drilled mounting holes.

These small oil/gas shocks replace the inner fork springs and the rods of the front spring fork of stock Springer forks. They support the outer fork springs and provide significantly improved suspension for your front end.

Knucklehead tappet guides are rare bits and examples, that are still in good working condition, are almost impossible to find.
But help is on the way: Cannonball tappet guides are cast and meticulously machined in Germany to OEM specs and fit OEM and Cannonball Knucklehead cases. Just paint or coat them and you're ready to go.

Accurate repoduction of the factory circuit breaker assembly as used on OHV Big Twins. Correct for the 1936-1948 and 1949-1960 year groups, but they can be fitted to all OHV Big Twins up to 1969. They come complete with breaker points and condenser, ready to be installed.

This oil line kit comes in handy on rigid frame Knuckleheads and Panheads which are equipped with stock horseshoe oil tanks and S&S aluminum oil pumps. They are made with a "tight fit", which means they are bent to closely follow the oil tank to clear the exhaust.

The rail design of this sturdy luggage carrier derives from the distinctive Shovelhead FLH carrier. It is made for 1975-1978 Ironhead Sportster, where it mounts to the license plate bracket and with the rear seat bolt. The shallow design of these headlights derives from 1930s Ford model A equipment. This distinctive shape allows for close installation to the fork.

Axel Joost Elektrinikbox's Multi Flash Plus module is now available in a new version with pre-crimped connectors and housings, suitable for Harley-Davidson Sportster and Big Twin models from 1992 to 2003 —that is, models with turn signal buttons and without a data line in the wiring harness. Anyone who knows the price of an original Harley-Davidson turn signal module—if it is available at all—will easily accept that the automatic shut-off of Axel Joost’s compact units is time-based rather than speed-dependent.
As with the universal version of the Multi Flash Plus, the self-cancelling function depends on the duration of the signal when the handlebar button is pressed. By grounding the green wire, the self-cancelling function can be disabled, requiring the turn signals to be switched off manually by pressing the handlebar button again.

Admittedly the investment for a set of stroker flywheels is pretty hefty and you wouldn't crown this wonderful device with a set of inferior pistons, would you? The Wrecking Crew, for one, didn't want to gamble and had these special pistons made by the renowend German manufacturer Graf. Those guys supply the vintage and classic racing scene since decades and you can simply trust their material. And yes, they are more expensive than your average 45 piston but a seized or broken piston at full throttle is by far more costly, guaranteed.
These special Graf pistons are made for small twin Flatheads with 4.5” stroker flywheels. They are shorter than stock pistons so the engine case baffle plates do not need to be removed. Complete with piston rings, pins and locks.

These electronic regulators with their integrated needle bearing replace the entire end bell bearing support plate/brush cover. The connecting wires are routed on the outside and have the correct length for 58 and 65A type generators.
On a stock 45" generator the regulator's cooling fins will be aligned horizontally. On stock Big Twin generators, the fins are aligning with the cylinder cooling fins.

This air cleaner is made from 6061 aluminum and features a high flow foam filter element. The cover can be attached to or removed from the backing plate using a ¼ turn lock mechanism and is held in place by the pressure of the specially designed stainless steel spring. In addition to the cool look, the spring also acts as a cage for the filter element.
In case the air filter is to be fitted to a different carburetor or bike, the version for CV carburetors is drilled with the S&S hole pattern on the inside of the backing plate and vice versa.

A common problem with classic gas tanks - mostly difficult to correct and sometimes dangerous - is a leaking fuel valve due to distorted tanks and misaligned fuel valves. This period looking conversion kit for the 1940-1965 thru-the-tank gas valve helps to resolve this issue quickly and easily. The insert replaces the stock valve seat and accepts most 1/8” NPT, 1/4” NPT or 22 mm petcocks at the bottom. The rod is omitted, the crossover line can be retained. With the included cap you close the top of the tank. Now you can park your bike with peace of mind and without a gas puddle underneath.

Those who are only familiar with slide carburetors such as Mikuni or Dell'Orto will have a new experience with a Linkert on Harley models such as Knucklehead, Panhead, or Flathead: The throttle lever is not pulled, but pushed with a rigid wire. Modern custom throttle grips, on the other hand, work by pulling.
The Bates Throttle Conversion Kit makes it possible to combine pull-type throttle cables with Linkert carburetors. It relocates the pivot point so that the throttle cable is at the optimum angle. The throttle valve then closes automatically by means of a spring.
The kit fits all Linkert M-series carburetors with lever types from 1949–1965 (OEM 27260-49 or WW 65-265). Some adjustment may be necessary for accessory intake manifolds and clamps. Barnett throttle cables are recommended because of their excellent running characteristics.

This LED taillight features a distinctive design that looks great on many custom bikes. It combines taillight, brake light, and license plate illumination in a compact housing.

Cleanly manufactured mid-control kit by Prism Supply for all Sportster 1991-2003 with minimalistic design. Most parts are made of stainless steel and partially tumbled to give the whole thing a clean look as well as to ensure a long service life due to less corrosion. The studs for the footpegs are 5/8" in diameter so that most vintage chopper style foot pegs can be mounted without any problems. In addition, the brake control side is equipped with a replaceable brass bushing to maintain precision fit.
