This rubberized aluminum alloy sheet allows you to form an individual funnel or trough to direct your waste oil from the hard-to-reach oil tank drain hole or oil filter plate to any suitable container. High quality stand for truing and balancing wheels. Back in the pre-WWII days motorcycle work benches used to be made from wood, even in the HD factory, as old photgraphs show. Presumably, most of them were built in town by the carpenter around the corner, but if you were a motorcycle mechanic in the US Army and in the field, with no joiner around, you built it yourself, on the spot. Another bestseller from Duck for a wide range of uses. This masking tape in duck-yellow is resistant and flexible and reduces the risks of scratches while working on soft and sensitive surfaces. The useful Klever Quick-Bluing fluid is the perfect way for bluing ferrous steel (up to 3% chromium). Ideal for small parts or to restore the surface on larger components. The result comes very close to a parkerized finish so the product is perfectly suited for classic HDs. In particular when you forgot to add some nuts and bolts during your last large parkerizing process. Can easily be brushed on cold.

After chain adjustment or maintenance work that required loosening or removal of the rear wheel axle it is necessary to realign the drive chain or belt. If you don´t want to rely on inaccurate sight controls you can check chain or belt alignment precisely with state-of-the-art laser technology. Remember: correct alignment noticeably improves dynamics and significantly reduces friction and wear.
A laser tool for occasional use. Applied to the rear sprocket or belt pulley, it generates a laser dot that indicates the actual alignment of the sprocket in relation to the chain directly on the chain links - it can't be faster or more accurate.

Rust inside the motorcycle tank can significantly affect the function and safety of your Harley. Even small rust particles can break off and enter the fuel system, clogging the carburetor, fuel injection system, and fuel lines.
The four-part complete system from the German company Busch can sustainably clean, de-rust, and seal all common motorcycle tanks. Even heavily rusted tank interiors with hairline cracks or small holes can be effectively treated. The tank sealer used is highly efficient and can be applied multiple times within 8 to 12 hours, increasing the sealing effectiveness and significantly extending the tank’s lifespan.

The Ratcheting Wrench combines the benefits of a ratchet and an open end/ring wrench. Chain tensioning (primary and secondary), plug changes, oil change, points ignition timing, valve adjusting - for any job, which naturally occurs during long trips, there is exactly the right tool. Engines with a leaking intake manifold are hard to kickstart and will never run properly. That’s why you need one of these leak testers in your workshop, which will once and for all take the guess work out of your installation job. Just bolt them to your manifold (use the stock gasket!), close both intake valves, by slowly turning the engine and with an air hose hooked-up to the G 1/4” fitting apply up to 10 psi of pressure. Spray soapy water around the gasket and manifold clamps and in case of appearing bubbles you can clearly spot any air leaks in your intake system.

These "endless" tie-downs (no hooks!) can be adjusted very short for really tight applications, to fit where hooks can’t!

A good funnel is a must have in any workshop when it’s time for an oil change or a refill. The annoying part of these jobs was to stow away the oil dripping funnel into a dark corner where you would find it a few months later contaminated inside-outside with dust, bugs and other debris.
