Remove and install 2000→ sealed wheel bearings without damaging the wheel hub. These bearings are seated so firmly that heating the hub may be necessary. This kit provides therefore Thermax pads. Just stick them to the hub, heat it up and by a clear color change the Thermax pad will indicate the correct temperature.

After adjusting the chain tension or performing work that requires loosening the rear axle, the motorcycle chain or drive belt alignment must be readjusted. Visual inspection is often unreliable, so it’s recommended to use modern laser technology to precisely check the chain or belt alignment on Harley-Davidson and other motorcycles. Proper alignment improves riding stability, ensures smooth power transmission, and significantly reduces wear on chains, belts, sprockets, and gears.

Rust inside the motorcycle tank can significantly affect the function and safety of your Harley. Even small rust particles can break off and enter the fuel system, clogging the carburetor, fuel injection system, and fuel lines.
