After forty years in the saddles of Harley-Davidsons, on long hauls, short trips and race tracks, eventually, we have compiled a tool set, which is the must-have combination to perform routine maintenance works and on-the-road emergency repairs. Even on the PanAm Tool Kit was, basically unchanged, part of the equipment we had stashed into the saddlebags. Chain tensioning (primary and secondary), plug changes, oil change, points ignition timing, valve adjusting - for any job, which naturally occurs during long trips, there is exactly the right tool. No compromises. This also counts for quality, because every single component of this kit is a class A tool by renowned manufacturers like Bahco, Walter or Knipex. Admittedly, this ends up a bit more expensive but, on the other hand, this kit is a once-in-a-liftime purchase. A super heavy duty Cordura or canvas roll holds all parts securely and rattle-free in place. In case of loss all single components are available separately.

All components feature a full polish chrome finish and the sockets have large size markings and an off-corner loading design to reduce fastener rounding.

Easy to use spring tester, which is designed to measure spring pressure for sorting springs, setting valve height and determining, if a spring is still servicable. May be used in a bench vise, arbor or hydraulic press. Works with cylindric, conical or barrel-type springs with up to 1.6 ” OD (40 mm).
Cylinder and body are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum and teh steel spring plates and mandrel will provide years of service. Attached to the cylinder is 70 mm Ø precision pressure gauge with bar/psi indication, which is protected with a rubber boot, reducing shock to the gauge during handling and use.

This transmission stand by Bates is the perfect tool for any workshop to work safely and efficiently on transmissions. The holding device for the vice holds the transmission securely and stable in the vice due to the extra-reinforced steel plate.

Extensive testing with fork oils of various manufacturers has shown differences of up to 50% in inner friction of telescopic forks. Bel-Ray High Performance fork oil is guaranteed to provide exceptional anti-friction properties. Available in three different viscosities.
30W was factory filling for all models up to 1978. FL models used it until 1984. 20W was standard filling later on. Bel-Ray fork oils can be blended for various viscosities.

A heavy duty, multi-pupose lubrication spray that cleans and lubricates surfaces and parts. It protects from corrosion and penetrates into the smallest openings with its powerful capillary action. The special formula of Pan-a-Lube provides long-term protection and lubrication and its low surface tension prevents leak currents and fights moisture. Due to its compact size you can stow it easily in the saddlebag.

Two complete sets of gauges in one pocket tool. The Bahco thread gauge sets comprise 28 whitworth gauges from 62 to 4 TPI and 24 metric gauges from 0.25 to 6 mm pitch. Although the US SAE standard and Whitworth standard differ by 5° of thread angle this gauge set will measure SAE threads as well as any SAE ready gauge. Just don't mind the tiny light gap.

Deep-offset double-end ring wrenches sets of Bahco. The ring ends are equipped with a 12-point Dynamic-Drive profile to prevent damage to bolts and nuts and are useful when working in hard-to-reach areas.

Specially-formulated for high-performance engines. It is the most advanced, high-temperature silicone gasket available. It is stable up to 380 °C (intermittent) and resists oils and most shop fluids.

Engines with a leaking intake manifold are hard to kickstart and will never run properly. That’s why you need one of these leak testers in your workshop, which will once and for all take the guess work out of your installation job. Just bolt them to your manifold (use the stock gasket!), close both intake valves, by slowly turning the engine and with an air hose hooked-up to the G 1/4” fitting apply up to 10 psi of pressure. Spray soapy water around the gasket and manifold clamps and in case of appearing bubbles you can clearly spot any air leaks in your intake system.

Bahco battery chargers and maintainers are fully automatic and micro-processor controlled. Being of the "connect and forget" - type means that you hook them up to your motorcycle battery in periods of non-use and you need not care about the device until you want to go for a ride. The charger/maintainer will automaticcaly keep the optimum charge for your battery.
The device cannot be damaged by reversed polarity. It will automatically check the battery state and type and chose the appropriate charging program:
Recovery, Softstart, Bulk mode, Absorption, Monitoring, Float mode, Maintain.,
A practical hook on its back side allows for hanging it out of the way in convenient areas. Besides the common crocodile clips, the charger/maintainer comes with a 7.5 A fused harness with 6 mm ring connectors, that has a protected SAE plug.
A scrolling digital display provides step by step instructions to properly follow the charging of the battery such as “FULLY CHARGED AUTO MAINTAINING”, “CONNECT CLAMPS”, and “ANALYZING BATTERY”.
The charger/maitainer works with any lead-based or Lithium-Ion (LiFePo4), e.g. Antigravity, vehicle battery that has 12 V 6 Ah - 58 Ah. Max output current is 3 A. The device is sealed waterproof (IP 68).

All wearers of glasses are familiar with the problem of eye protection while grinding, hammering, cleaning, etc. and still have a sharp and clear vision. Large face shields, bulky goggles or similar devices were the usual solutions. This is the tool you always wished to have when it’s time to loosen those frozen handlebar end screws. We all know that even the largest screwdriver in the average toolbox simply doesn’t do the job, because the slots in the end plugs are way too big and you will inevitably ruin them in no time. The Cyclery offers you the right stuff: hand forged and finished from tool steel with a substantial ironwood handle. The blade tip is hollow ground and 3/16” thick so it bites into the screw slot for a tight, non-slip fit. The version with 1/2” wide tip is intended for handlebars with hard plastic grips installed. Rubber grips can use the larger 5/8” type screwdriver. The shank has a 1/2” square section, which allows for support with an open end wrench. Classy tools for classic bikes.

Instantly freezes seized and rusted parts (bolts, nuts, studs) down to -45F (-43C). The exceptional shock-freeze effect causes microscopic cracks in the layer of rust, allowing the lubricating ingredient to wick directly into the rust by capillary action. The assembly can be easily dismantled after allowing only 1-2 minutes penetration time. The released parts remain lubricated and protected from corrosion.

For those who need to get along without a lift while wrenching on their bike, this mechanic's roller seat offers the best possible level of comfort. Two small drawers on one side and a larger one on the other, as well as a tray under the padded seat, provide ample storage for small parts and tools. Height is adjustable from 43.5cm to 55cm, load capacity is 136 kg.

Change the oil in your Harley without the headache of the mess! Works with most Harley-Davidson models with external oil filter. The Ernst Drip-Free funnel featuers a unique and superior U-shaped design for draining and replacing oil filter cartridges but is also great for refilling fluids. Fits perfect in tight places on the transmission and primary. A hangtab allows for dripping and pegboard storage.

A flexible product which is designed primarily for flange sealing but which can also be used as replacement for cork and paper cut gaskets. 5980 application examples: stamped sheet metal, timing covers, crankcases, transmission covers, etc. Recommended for use where high vibration or flexing occurs. Resists temperatures up to 200°C. The pressurised container allows for an easy and clean aplication with instant seal.
