On long distance races like the Daytona 200 the small WR gast tanks meant several gas stops and consequently time loss. Thus the HD-Race department decided to use both tank halves for gas and even enlarge them to 5 gallons. The oil went under the seat in a special cast aluminum oil tank. WRs didn’t have a battery so this space wasn’t used anyway. This is a faithful reproduction of the original WR race bike part and will fit all 45”/750 cc Flathead solo bikes with magneto ignition. Installation requires hardware to be made or obtained.

Genuine classics for purists. Feature manual retard and - if correctly adjusted - advance automatically after starting.

Wrecking Crew Tramp I Handlebars
The shape of these handlebars is inspired by the legendary Tramp I, a Knucklehead drag bike built by S&S founder George Smith in the early Fifties. They feature distinctive, pulled-down tube ends. This feature helps so much when crouching down on the tanks during your quest for top speed. The selection includes handlebars for stock spiral grips thru 1948 and handlebers which feature straight 1” tubing on both ends so they will accept 1974-up grips and clamp type throttle controls.

Samwel 45”/750 cc Flathead Frames
Reproduction 45” Flathead frame which can be used as stock replacement or as a basis to build a bobber or chopper from scratch. Dimensions and details exactly follow the factory counterpart.

Wrecking Crew Generator Block-Off Plates with Spark Plug Mounts
Back in the days it was common to carry a set of spare spark plugs easily accessible on the motorcycle. Thus in case of a necessary change you didn’t have to dig them up deep from the bottom of your saddlebags. These block-off plates with two threaded sockets derive from the race track and are intended for magneto equipped bikes without generator. They simply install in lieu of your genny and bolt down with the stock hardware.

Jack Tracey Racing Windshields
It is said that back in the late 1940s a man named Jack Tracey decided to make windscreens for the WR race bikes at Daytona. Unlike anything else available at that time he cast the main part from aluminum with just a small clear window. On the long stretches of the Daytona beach race course the rider could tuck behind it for that extra mile per hour. These reproductions are faithful copies of the period part. Installation is universal and requires individual clamps and corresponding hardware to be made or obtained.

PanAm Oil Slide
Oil change without a mess! This rubberized aluminum alloy sheet allows you to form an individual funnel or trough to direct your waste oil from the hard-to-reach oil tank drain hole or oil filter plate to any suitable container. Of course, you can also use it to fill fresh oil into your tank. Tapered at one end so it can be shaped to reach tight spots. You can reshape and use it a thousand times and on different bikes. With suspension eye so you can hang it up for drip-off. Easy to clean.

Cannonball WR Style Racing Gas and Oil Tanks
Authentic reproductions of the original WR gas tanks as used on the 1946-1952 production race bikes of the same name. The narrow shape and omission of the speedo assembly achieve that much sought after racy look.

The GasBox WRTT Racer Mufflers
Standard equipment on the Flathead street racing model, the WRTT. Actually not a muffler because it has no restriction whatsoever and is therefore allowed for use on racetracks only.

Cannonball 4-Bolt Manifolds for Flatheads
These manifolds allow the trouble-free installation of 4-bolt, 1-1/2” Linkert carburetors, like M35, M74 or MR, on sidevalves. The selection includes a version for W-series 45 cui. models and U-models 1937-1948. Just the right part for the sports oriented Flathead rider. Cylinder stubs require to be shortened to match the respective situation.

PanAm Oil SAE 50
Our traditional single grade lubricant for engine and transmission for heavy thermal and shear loads. Complies with H-D recommendations up to 1984 for Big Twins and Sportsters up to 1981. This high performance lubricant complies with API CF.
