Springer Forks Custom

The unmistakable look of the classic Springer fork for custom projects. Unlike classic OEM replacement forks, these chopper forks do not have any fender mounts, either on the lower triple trees or at the rear rocker joints.
Length is measured from the axle centerline to the lower steering head bearing seat.
The fork stem is compatible with the centering collar (available separately) for 1936-up ball bearings. It also includes two Ø1” bearing seats, allowing the use of 1949-up tapered bearings without any modifications.
These forks are not drilled for the 1948-and-later steering head lock.
Although these custom Springer forks are designed for 1936–1957 rigid-frame Big Twins, they can also be installed on later frames as long as you use/install the appropriate matching frame head bearings.
Due to the trail geometry, versions with an additional length of 8 inches or more feature an adjusted positive rake offset of +3°.

The springs of the Springer fork are also positioned 3/8" closer together to achieve a perfect appearance.The length is measured from the axle centerline to the lower steering head bearing seat.

These forks are not drilled for the 1948-and-later steering head lock.

Designed for 1936–1957 rigid-frame Big Twins, they can also be installed on later frames with the correct matching head bearings.

Versions with an additional length of 8 inches or more feature an adjusted +3° positive rake offset to maintain proper trail geometry.
