No.1 reason for hard starting bikes are leaking intake manifolds and here is the cure for this common problem. A precise duplicate of the stock manifold as used on OHV models from 1940-54. FIt features stock like appearance with cast-in raised number and ZnNi finish that looks like former cad-plated finish, but unlike your worn stock part it has perfectly machined sealing sections. The complete kit includes the manifold, parkerized plumber nuts, bronze packing bushings, insulating block with gaskets and bolts.
Fits 61”/1000 cc big port models 1940-52, too, but needs to be shortened for this application.
