These kits allow to update classic, manually operated points ignition systems to modern electronic systems. Unlike other electronic ignitions for classic Harleys the Vintage ignitions retain the stock timer base and cover, including the manual advance mechanism. Only points and condenser are replaced by a state-of-the-art module. Fully electronic, auto advance ignition system for classic bikes to replace the stock, manually adjusted points ignition systems. A unique feature is the seprate kickstart timing (10, 15 or 20°) for easy starting without the need to prime the engine and the elimination of kick-backs. Dyna S Ignition
The Dyna ”S” is a high performance ignition system that installs into any Big Twin 1970-1999 or Sportster 1971-2003 cam cover. It features a magnetic rotor (sender) in combination with base plate mounted receiver. Models equipped with factory electronic ignition systems require a complete advance unit assembly.
Available as dual fire - both cylinders fire at the same time (like stock) - or single fire, i.e. each cylinder fires individually at the end of its compression stroke.

Tach-Adaptor must be used whenever a Dyna S Single Fire ignition system is installed on a H-D with electronic tachometer. T101 type works with most tachs on the market. Some exceptions require the T103 type. In this case we refund the non-compatible adaptor.

S&S HI-4N Ignition
A single/dual fire ignition system with many state-of-the-art features built in a very compact unit. It has four rotary switches for mode selection, advance rate, and rev limit (1500-9900 rpm). Modes are:
single fire, dual fire , OEM curve, race curve, kick start, electric start ,
The aluminum housing protects against vibration, moisture, dirt and improves heat dissipation. Its flange features degree and advance direction markings on the flange. Installation becomes easier with the convenient cable notch in the housing which also helps to prevent cable damage. Built onto the back plate, the sensor/magnet housings protect the sensors from damage during installation. The sensor housings contain advanced flux concentrators (intensify magnetic fields) with high temperature resistant samarium/cobalt magnets for accurate and reliable triggering. For street use the manufacturer recommends coils with a minimum of 2 Ω. Coils with 4Ω or higher may be used but may not produce optimum output.

Dyna 2000TC Ignition Module
Performance ignition system by Dynatek for all carbureted Twin Cam models 1999-2003 and Sportsters 2004-2006. This single fire system provides 16 switch programmable advance curves -in 3 groups for stock to slightly modified, heavily modified or insanely modified motors - and 8 rev limiter settings in 250 rpm steps from 5750-7250 rpm. Coils from stock to performance coils with less than 1 Ω resistance. The coil current is constantly monitored to continuously provide full spark energy.
Installation is simple with all stock sensors and OEM  connectors used. Fully protected against reverse battery and spike voltages.

Altmann AMM-P3 Ignition Module
The heart of the P3 by AMM is a fast processor with two power output stages. The electrical connections are robust and connect the module to power, ignition coil and crank position sensor. The module is protected against reverse polarity and voltage spikes.
Three userfriendly rotary switches adjust ignition advance, steepness of the curve and rev limits. Re-adjustments are always possible - even on the raod.
To protect the electronics the unit is cased in a compact metal box.
