Handy little adapter which allows for the installation of late style oil pressure switches and oil pressure gauges on early oil pumps and gear covers.

Pre-TwinCam engines have a spring loaded ball check valve to prevent the engine oil from seeping down to the crankcase. These check valves don’t last forever. If you try to start your engine after a lengthy period of inactivity (e.g. winter), the oil in the crank case gets forcefully ejected via the breather. Creating an ungodly mess on your garage floor. Installing a manually operated valve in the oil feed line from tank to oil pump can prevent this, but carries the risk of forgetting to open it. Resulting in major engine trouble. And we mean major. This here nifty PanAm shut off valve is also installed in the feed line. With a little difference: once closed, the ignition is cut out too. No inadvertently starting the engine with this baby. The tough polyamide housing has several mounting holes which offer all sorts of possibilities to secure it to the frame or other convenient hard points.

Small size, light weight and wide range of use make this tool very convenient for traveling. With its low height, it also works easily on Big Twin flatheads where space is limited. It features 13/16" and 7/8" spark plug wrench widths. A 21 mm hex in the center allows it to be operated with an open-end wrench.

Quickly throw in a few spark plugs and go! It might occur that the spark plug electrodes get damaged while bouncing around in the saddlebags or toolbox. These spark plug protectors prevent unwanted damage to a very important spare part. In addition, while screwed in, the spark plugs can be perfectly stored in a slot of the tool roll. No fiddling, no damage, no stress.

These replacement brackets for external oil filters are precise reproductions of NOS stock parts. Every detail and angle is exact, so the oil filter is positioned as it should be.

This is a combination of drain pan and waste oil container, which should be basic equipment for every workshop or garage. It will make an oil change as easy as pie and environmentally sound.

Oil change without a mess! This rubberized aluminum alloy sheet allows you to form an individual funnel or trough to direct your waste oil from the hard-to-reach oil tank drain hole or oil filter plate to any suitable container. Of course, you can also use it to fill fresh oil into your tank. Tapered at one end so it can be shaped to reach tight spots. You can reshape and use it a thousand times and on different bikes. With suspension eye so you can hang it up for drip-off. Easy to clean.

A good funnel is a must have in any workshop when it’s time for an oil change or a refill. The annoying part of these jobs was to stow away the oil dripping funnel into a dark corner where you would find it a few months later contaminated inside-outside with dust, bugs and other debris. The PanAm funnel puts an end to this problem because it features screw-on caps at the top and bottom which can be removed for action and which keep the inside of your funnel perfectly clean during storage. The flexible spout makes it more versatile as it allows to direct the funnel tip in tight spots.

Finally available again! Oil line fittings for classic style oil tanks and pumps thru 1964. They feature the correct 9/16”-24 HD thread and press fittings for 5/16” ID rubber oil hose. Thus you can fabricate custom rubber oil lines in no time. Class A quality.

High-quality, aircraft style oil line fittings for universal use. In combination with separately offered special fittings they can be used on most HD and Custom oil tanks (except pre-1964 original tanks) and oil pumps which feature 1/8” NPT internal threads. For hoses with 5/16” I.D.

Perfect for running-in periods when you have to check oil level often and absolutely safe operation with its locking lever. The outlet elbow position is fully adjustable. Fits all models 1910→ with single loop frames and stock 3/8”-24 drain plug.

Transmissions need to be vented. If they don't have a vent or it's clogged, pressure builds up in the transmission housing, causing the seals to leak. On the 4-speed Big Twin models, Harley-Davidson solved the ventilation problem with a screw that had a thin blind bore the length of it, which met an equally thin cross bore in the screw head. The L-shaped bore allowed the inside of the gearbox to “breathe”. Anyone who has been riding old 4-speed Harleys for a while knows from their own experience that this breather screw doesn't stay clean for long and either gets clogged up by dirt particles or, when riding in the rain or washing, even lets water get into the inside of the gearbox. This is not possible with the PanAm breather screw. With the help of a short nipple and a rubber hose, the original 90° bore is turned into a 180° turn, and no more dirt or water will pass through. The countersink of the screw head fits original ratchet tops from 1965-early 1979 or accessory ratchet tops. Earlier original tops had a steeper countersink angle. If you don't mind the countersink angle mismatch, you will of course be able to make use of the PanAm screw on earlier ratchet tops or on tank-shift tops.

Heavy-duty luggage carrier which stands up to severe loads without bending down to the fender. The rail design of this sturdy luggage carrier derives from the distinctive Shovelhead FLH carrier. Very helpful when you're out in the jungle, in Joshua Tree National Park or whereever else and a cable breaks or snaps. If there is still juice in the battery and you just don't know where the hell the fault is, the most helpful thing to do is: Disconnect everything, lay cable from battery to ignition coil, go! This oil pad soaks up to 2 l of fluid, i.e. oil, gas, etc. A reinforced top and an anti-slip foil on the bottom side make the PanAm oil pad a useful helper in the workshop, garage or living room.

This is very likely the last tool bag you will buy. Made from 3.5 mm cowhide throughout, which is even doubled in critical spots.
