K-Model and Sportster

Designed after the exhaust pipes of the legendary KR race bikes but made to fit K and KH street bikes. These beautifully bent pipes will provide that sporting look you always wanted. No brackets, custom installation required.

Precise reproductions of the original 2-1 pipe systems. Brackets and connections exactly duplicate the stock counterparts.

These cleanly manufactured 2 -1 header pipes were installed on Ironhead Sportster models from 1957-1965, but also fit models up to 1976.

High level 2into1 exhaust pipes as originally insatlled on 1957-1969 XLCH Ironhead Sportsters. Made exact to the original style with spot welded muffler adapter.

Reproductions of the stock headers for Sportster 1962-1964. However, they will fit all Ironhead Sportster models (except 1979) and can be combined with both original and Custom mufflers.

The mother of all Drag Pipes. These beautifully bent pipes are reproductions of the competition headers for early XR/XLR and XLCH models. Luckily they fit all iron head Sportsters so as an owner of such a machine you can benefit from the great looks, too. Brackets are not included and must be ordered separately.

Have an old set of some exhaust tubes lying about? Wanna make them custom-fit to your ride? No problem with these pieces of tubing. A fitting flange is provided on each end. Just cut them to length by the middle and tinker … 'xcuse me … weld them to the existing pipes.

Each kit includes:
two 16”-long (406 mm) straight sections, , two 3,5” radius (90 mm) U-bends with STD 3-hole flanges, , two 5” radius (134 mm) U-bends with Ironhead flanges, , two Evolution cylinder flanges, , two Shovelhead cylinder flanges, , two Panhead cylinder flanges, two pinched tips.,
Everything needed to build a set of pipes for one bike, with enough scraps left over to start on another! Simply cut/weld as required, using the flanges that fit your engine. Kit does not include mounting brackets, clamps, snap rings and exhaust flange and exhaust flange collars for Evos, which must be purchased separately.
