Shovelhead

They look close to the originals but for ease of installation squish pipe and Y-pipe are designed as one piece.

These are the replacement exhaust pipe components, which are guaranteed to fit. Made exactly to original specs, with correct details as lateral welding seams, pipe saddles and rivets (squish pipe). Don’t go for less.

These header pipes can be used to convert existing Shotgun or 2-1 exhaust pipes to an upsweep style. The selection includes pipes with Y-connection for the rear header pipe and 2-1 style as well as straight pipes for independent 2-2 exhausts.

The classic E-Glide exhaust system, as stock replacement or for conversion. The rear head pipe features, just like the factory pattern, a crossover connection to route the pipe to the left side.

These crossover pipes feature completely independent front and rear pipes. This makes for a less entangled look.

Use them as replacement for damaged head pipes, as replacement for original head pipes with interference tube or simply as Drag Pipes on the Race Track.

The popular Shotgun system is also available in a three-piece version. The front pipe is routed between frame and engine which yields more ground clearance.

Chrome-plated Fifties style upsweep head pipes.

Similar to the British ”Scrambler” pipes. The two-piece front pipe is routed between frame and engine which provides more ground clearance.

Very sporting look. The rear pipe is routed over the transmission. Does not fit with large FLH batteries.

These Upsweep pipes fits Big Twins in a rigid frame.

Have an old set of some exhaust tubes lying about? Wanna make them custom-fit to your ride? No problem with these pieces of tubing. A fitting flange is provided on each end. Just cut them to length by the middle and tinker … 'xcuse me … weld them to the existing pipes.

two 16”-long (406 mm) straight sections, , two 3,5” radius (90 mm) U-bends with STD 3-hole flanges, , two 5” radius (134 mm) U-bends with Ironhead flanges, , two Evolution cylinder flanges, , two Shovelhead cylinder flanges, , two Panhead cylinder flanges, two pinched tips.,
Everything needed to build a set of pipes for one bike, with enough scraps left over to start on another! Simply cut/weld as required, using the flanges that fit your engine. Kit does not include mounting brackets, clamps, snap rings and exhaust flange and exhaust flange collars for Evos, which must be purchased separately.
