Reproductions of the stock headers for Sportster 1962-1964. However, they will fit all Ironhead Sportster models (except 1979) and can be combined with both original and Custom mufflers.

Exact reproductions of the stock K-Model/Sportster exhaust flange clamps. Made from stainless steel like the originals.
Exhaust Mounting Brackets Sportster 1962-1964
Stock repalcement rail which is designed to work with 2 into 2 exhaust systems 1962 and later with 65230-62 or 65230-58 mufflers. Can be used with custom mufflers/exhausts, too. Comes with original style mounting hardware.
The GasBox Mufflers K-Model and Early Sportster
Reproductions of the original mufflers for K-Models and Early Sportster 1952-1964. The longer version was used on 2-1 exhaust systems, the short mufflers were used on 2-2 systems. Of course, they can also be used in universial applications on Custom bikes.
Thermo-Tec Exhaust Wrap
Used on race engines to control heat dissipation of intake and exhaust systems because higher temperatures in a system increase the flow and assist scavenging. Can also be used on street bikes to protect pants, shoes or saddlebags. Different colour versions available, each withstanding temps up to 2000°F. To secure the wrap in place we also offer special Snap Strap tie wraps.
