These Bates top plugs for Springer forks with legs that are threaded at the upper end, have a longer thread to allow a flush seat with the top of the fork clamp. This significantly enhances the appearance of this assembly. Simply screw into the fork legs and fix in the desired position with medium-strength Loctite. Aesthetically, the Bates top plugs match period correct all Springer forks and fork clamps. They are made of steel and are available in parkerized and chrome.

The Cyclery Screwdrivers for Handlebar End Plugs
This is the tool you always wished to have when it’s time to loosen those frozen handlebar end screws. We all know that even the largest screwdriver in the average toolbox simply doesn’t do the job, because the slots in the end plugs are way too big and you will inevitably ruin them in no time. The Cyclery offers you the right stuff: hand forged and finished from tool steel with a substantial ironwood handle. The blade tip is hollow ground and 3/16” thick so it bites into the screw slot for a tight, non-slip fit. The version with 1/2” wide tip is intended for handlebars with hard plastic grips installed. Rubber grips can use the larger 5/8” type screwdriver. The shank has a 1/2” square section, which allows for support with an open end wrench. Classy tools for classic bikes.

Cannonball I-Beam Springer Forks
Once upon a time when there weren’t any custom parts you could buy from your local shop, the VL fork was a very popular item because it made your Knuckle or Panhead bobber different from the next guy’s scooter. Besides you gained half an inch of length compared to 1936-up Springer forks for improved ground clearance and a more stretched look. Now it’s time to revive those days of the golden 40’s and 50’s with the Cannonball version of H-D’s VL type fork....

Classic Springer Forks
Complete and accurate reproduction of the classic H-D Springer fork as used by the factory on Big Twins 1936-49 and on 45” models from 1941–57. Manufactured just like back in the good old times, i.e. with forged legs and connecting components, which makes them equal to the original counterpart concerning stability and service life....

Classic Springer Forks ≥8” Longer than Stock
A literally indispensable component for Old School choppers is an extended Springer fork which until today was a major obstacle because you either had to cut and extend your stock fork (ouch!) or purchase one of those somewhat flimsy aftermarket springer forks. Nowadays, there are professional solutions and the Big Twin forks offered here feature one-piece, forged tubes for strength and safety, made just like the shorter versions....
