The S&S Super E carburetors are specifically designed for Harley-Davidson Big Twin and Sportster engines. They feature adjustable accelerator pump for instant throttle response at any rpm. The ejector nozzle is located in line between the main discharge tube and the butterfly for undisturbed air flow. With the rider in mind the idle mixture screw has been angled for greater accessibility even with 5 gal. gas tanks. The enrichment device also was refined with a large variable position lever which is easy to operate even with thick gloves. The throttle spool assembly is designed for later style two cable pull open - pull closed throttle. Cables and air cleaner assembly are not included and must be purchased separately. S&S Super E are approximately 40 mm shorter than Super B carbs and provide easy clearance for Fat Bob tank applications and good rider comfort.

DynaMite Knee-Saver
Running an S&S Super E or G carb on Knuckleheads and Panheads results in the Teardrop air cleaner sticking out pretty far and interfering with your right knee. This low profile version features a shortened cover and a modified base plate which reduces the overall height of the air cleaner assembly by 25 mm. Thus you gain more legroom and the whole air cleaner tucks closer to the engine. Looks good on other models, too.

Add some classic factory style to your S&S Super E or G carburetor. This adapter allows for a quick and clean installation of OEM or aftermarket air cleaners with recessed backing plate. At least that’s what it is intended for, but of course you can mount any air cleaner, carb cover or air horn with a Tillotson, Bendix or Keihin (exc. CV) bolt pattern to your Super E/G with it.

Bates Drain Valve for S&S Carbs
Draining the S&S float bowl for a jet change or to remove water from it after heavy rain can be messy with gas flowing all over your engine and hands. This drain valve replaces the stock bowl plug and makes this a quick and clean job. Simply twist off the valve cap, which also serves as a closure cap, and open the integrated tire valve with a pointed object. Then you can drain the fuel or the accumulated water into a suitable container in a controlled manner. If the float chamber should be emptied completely, you can also unscrew the tire valve completely with the valve cap to drain the complete fuel.

Bates Idle Adjuster
Idle adjustment of S&S and Bendix carbs can be annoying when your bike is equipped with Fat Bob gas tanks, especially the 5 gal versions. The Bates adjuster solves this problem once and for all. It features a flexible shaft and a large adjuster knob with knurled edge which allows carb adjustment without a screwdriver and as fast as you can say "****! I forgot my ******* tool roll in the garage!"

S&S High-Flow Filter Kit Super E and G
With larger and larger street engines becoming more common, S&S has developed a high flow air filter kit for Super E and G carburetors. The new filter is 1” wider than the standard filter and features a low restriction filter element. Combined with the larger surface area it adds an airflow increase of up to 37%! The filter and filter adapters extend the Teardrop housing by 1”, so the filter peeks out from under the Teardrop and imparts a high performance street racer look. Kit installs in minutes and includes pre-oiled filter element and three plated steel extensions.

Helix PU Carburetor Vent Lines/Overflow Hoses
These transparent lines by Helix can be used as carburetor vent lines or overflow hoses. They are made from premium polyurethane with a Shore hardness of 85, which provides for superior resistance against abrasions, kink, tear, oxidation and chemical influences. It has a melting temperature of 188°C and an operating temperature range of -59° to +68°C. This line material will not get hard and stays flexible.
