Kern-Stabi Motorcycle Hydraulic Lift
Kern-Stabi Motorcycle Hydraulic Lift
This sturdy and robust hydraulic motorcycle lift allows you to quickly and safely raise bikes weighing up to 500 kg (1102 lbs) using a foot pump, reaching a maximum height of 20 inches (51 cm). It is ideal for maintenance or repairs in a home garage where space for a large lift is often limited.
Thanks to two lockable height positions, the hydraulic system is relieved during extended periods of use, enhancing safety and reliability while working. Its simple operation and adjustable features make this motorcycle lift an essential tool in any workshop.
The special wheel set provides a very low entry height, which is especially advantageous for Harley-Davidson models with rigid frames. This allows the bike to be easily maneuvered within the workshop. Rubber mats on the lifting rails protect the frame from damage, which is particularly beneficial for valuable Harley-Davidson models.
As a practical accessory, adapters are available that enable safe lifting of models with frames that cannot sit directly on the lift.
Dimensions: Minimum height: 115 mm (only 100 mm without wheels) , Frame width: 380 mm, Frame length: 710 mm,

Mini-Lift Adapter for Sportster Frames
Mini-Lift Adapter for Sportster Frames
The so-called Mini Lifts offer quick mid-frame support for Harley-Davidson motorcycles like FLH, FX, Softails, rigid frame Knuckles and Panheads a.s.o. Just shove the lift under der bike and start winding her up by the acme thread spindle. But what if there's an exhaust tube — or anything else — that is lower than the frame tubes? You don't want the bike to sit wiggly-waggly on this thin-walled exhaust tube. You will want to get a pair of Mini-Lift adapters. They slide on most Mini-Lifts, are fixed by means of a wing screw and the adjustable stilts will support the bike's frame tubes without any other part of the bike touching the lift. Works great on Sportsters and Dyna models — whatever your ride might be… We've tested it in our own garage.

Heave it up: Jacking a Harley

Many a job on one's Harley-Davidson can be accomplished while the bike is on the workshop or garage floor. There are people who even heave it onto a plastic crate for a tire change. But if you don't want to ruin your spine or chrouch on the cold floor to get access to e.g. the oilfilter of a 1983 FXR, you will want to use a lift or something similar. These devices range from mini-lifts where one wheel stays aground, over hydraulic lifts where both wheels are aloft and that allow you to push your bike around on rollers.
