Bahco battery chargers and maintainers are fully automatic and micro-processor controlled. Being of the "connect and forget" - type means that you hook them up to your motorcycle battery in periods of non-use and you need not care about the device until you want to go for a ride. The charger/maintainer will automaticcaly keep the optimum charge for your battery.
The device cannot be damaged by reversed polarity. It will automatically check the battery state and type and chose the appropriate charging program:
Recovery, Softstart, Bulk mode, Absorption, Monitoring, Float mode, Maintain.,

This compact charger is completely encapsulated in epoxy. The devices therefore are protected according to IP67, i.e. they are completely dustproof and can even be temporarily submerged (1.5 m water depth, up to 30 min.) Charging in damp rooms and garages is therefore completely ok. The pinnacle of waterproof (1meter) LED headlamp design, it incorporates a single regulated Maxbright LED plus four regulated Ultrabright LEDs. It is capable of a powerful spot beam or a bright flood, and two switches make changing modes (low beam - high beam - flasher) intuitive. Proprietary heatsink technology allows the LEDs to burn brighter and longer.
