A custom part with a long tradition. This smart little device allows for the use of pull type throttle assemblies with Linkert carbs. After installation the throttle disc will be pulled to open and the spring closes it again, when you release the throttle grip. Each kit comes with two springs to meet individual requirements. The weaker spring (Fn≈23 N) should be sufficient for most outside cable applications, the stronger spring (Fn≈58 N) is recommended for internal or very long throttle cables. Works with all M-series Linkert carbs, when equipped with a 1949-1965 type lever, i.e. OEM# 27260-49.

This adapter allows for the installation of OEM or aftermarket air cleaners with recessed backing plate on Keihin CV carburetors. At least that’s what it is intended for, but of course, you can mount any air cleaner, carb cover or air horn with a Tillotson, Bendix or Keihin bolt pattern. It is also useful with large or low mounted gas tanks, because it positions the air cleaner further to the right by 21 mm.

The choice of Custom air cleaners for Linkert carburetors is limited to say the least. This smart little adapter from machined aluminum allows for the installation of almost all Custom air cleaners and carb covers. W&W-checked bolt patterns include those of Bendix, Keihin, Keihin CV, and Hypercharger air cleaners. Fits all M-series Linkert and Schebler DLX carburetors.

Add some classic factory style to your S&S Super E or G carburetor. This adapter allows for a quick and clean installation of OEM or aftermarket air cleaners with recessed backing plate. At least that’s what it is intended for, but of course you can mount any air cleaner, carb cover or air horn with a Tillotson, Bendix or Keihin (exc. CV) bolt pattern to your Super E/G with it.

A common problem with classic gas tanks - mostly difficult to correct and sometimes dangerous - is a leaking fuel valve due to distorted tanks and misaligned fuel valves. This period looking conversion kit for the 1940-1965 thru-the-tank gas valve helps to resolve this issue quickly and easily. The insert replaces the stock valve seat and accepts most 1/8” NPT, 1/4” NPT or 22 mm petcocks at the bottom. The rod is omitted, the crossover line can be retained. With the included cap you close the top of the tank. Now you can park your bike with peace of mind and without a gas puddle underneath.

Idle adjustment of S&S and Bendix carbs can be annoying when your bike is equipped with Fat Bob gas tanks, especially the 5 gal versions. The Bates adjuster solves this problem once and for all. A stainless steel bracket which allows you to relocate your CV-Carburetor choke cable - without disassembly - to the right side of your Sportster, FXR, Dyna or Softail. Mounts switches or the like, too, of course.

Combining an O-ring manifold with rubberband heads or vice versa leaves a gap, which can be easily bridged with these adapter rings. This will create a good surface for your new rubberbands.

Float bowl screws for aesthetes, who set value on design and functionality. Meticulously machined on CNC equipment and tumble polished they feature nicely shaped hex heads which "flow" into the shafts. Admittedly, this takes time to make and is a bit costly, but the result is a feast for the eyes.

Originally developed for race bikes to speed up jet changes but today they are popular among street riders, too. The set comprises four screws with large knurled heads for easy installation and removal of your float bowl without tools.

If you need additional room between your air cleaner and the engine or fuel tank, these spacers will do the trick. Compatible with almost any CV bolt pattern air cleaner.

The installation of a a CV carburetor with Custom air cleaner on a Panhead, Shovelhead or Ironhead Sportster involves two problems:
the protruding upper carb end interferes with the commonly flat backing plates of accessory air cleaners, omission of the stock CV air cleaner results in an unsupported carburetor,
This smart kit inludes a 3 mm spacer plate, which resolves the first problem and a flange adapter with two spiral springs to connect spacer and plate and thus safely hold the carburetor in its rubber flange = resolution of the second problem.
Will fit all motors with 2-bolt Tillotson, Bendix or Keihin (butterfly) manifolds. Installation also requires a 2-bolt flange adapter and a carburetor support bracket, which both need to be purchased separately.

To mount custom air cleaners with a flat backing plate on CV carburetors, the air filter backing plate must move further out, otherwise it will be in contact with the vacuum chamber. These spacers provide the required distance.
