The classic look of the 32E generator and the more dependable technology of the later two brush generator - you can have the best of both worlds with these The Cyclery 32TC powerplants. On the outside they sport the typical 32E features like rounded brush covers with slotted hardware, riveted-on terminal plate and a bicolor, cast iron/aluminum housing. The inside, however, hides all the bullet-proof tech features of the later 58/65A generators, manufactured for us by Cycle Electric/USA. Now you can ride your old Knucklehead or Flathead to the end of the world and back with peace of mind.

Polarizing GeneratorsNew or refurbished generators should be polarized to correctly establish field magnetism. First you connect the generator correctly to the regulator and the latter to the battery. Then you short battery and armature connectors on your regulator just for a snatch. Or you jumper the positive pole on your battery and the generator A terminal. The short spark is harmless.
Cyclery Generator mounting pre 1957The housings of these generators are especially machined so they will also fit pre-1957 engine cases and generator cradles without modification. They require 1958→ gears and oil deflectors, as well as suitable regulators.

12V Antigravity Small Case Lithium Ion Batteries
Capacity is indicated as "xAh Pb Eq" (lead equivalent), because the usable capacity of Li-Ion batteries is typically 3 times higher than an equivalent lead-acid accumulator. In other words, the value indicates which size lead acid battery would be required to deliver the same starting work.

Cannonball LION Battery Box
The Cannonball Stealth Starter can give classic Harley Big Twins (with rigid or swingarm frames) the almost invisible option of starting by pushing a button. For reliable operation this system needs a powerful 12V Li-Ion battery, a solenoid, additional wiring and circuit breakers. To avoid an unsightly mess we developed this solution that incorporates everything inside a humble looking Harley HM5 battery case. From the outside it’s as stock looking as the 6V original, but the electrics inside are state of the art. In the two compartments there’s room for a 12 cell Antigravity Li-Ion battery and all necessary electrical components. A stock like lid looks as innocent as the vintage acid lead battery it replaces.
