Add a little race style to your 1983→ Harley-Davidson motorcycle with one of these filler caps, inspired by vintage aviation gas caps. With FUEL touted across the cap, they look right at home on cafe racers and scramblers as well as on any performance motorcycle. They feature a ratcheting mechanism, which allows you to tighten the cap and then rotate the design in line with your bike.

These small petcocks fit direct to either a 1/4" or 3/8" NPT bung on your gas tank. This keeps your gas tank looking very clean. They feature a 5/16" diameter hose barb on one end and a fuel filter on the other. The manufacturer recommends 1/4" ID fuel line for a snug, leak proof fit. Rotating the cylindrical piece with the two grooves is how the fuel is toggled on and off. No reserve. Length measured without hose barb and filter.

Replacement screw-in gas caps for all Harley  models 1983→. Fat Bob tanks require one vented right side cap and one non-vented left side cap.

Fit our custom tanks with 1/4” NPT internal thread connection. May also be used on tanks with 3/8” NPT internal thread in conjunction with our adaptor #36-150.

Fit stock tanks 1966 thru 1974 and aftermarket tanks with 3/8” NPT internal thread.

Functional and stylish chrome-plated caps. They feature a convenient self-locking mechanism and a stamped Harley-Davidson  logo on the key-hole cover. Maintain the same features as the OEM  gas caps.

Formerly Kreem, now KRM: Recommended for older gas tanks which are rusty or dirty on the inside. Tank prep A & B remove corrosion and prepare the surface for the KRM Sealer. The Sealer cures hairline cracks (not holes!) and its tough white skin permanently seals the tank and permanently protects it against rust. One bottle contains enough sealer for tanks up to 13 liters capacity.
