Bates Beefy Body
In the 1970s motorcycle designers became more and more spirited and the familiar lines and appearance of two-wheelers were radically remodeled. Daring tank and seat combinations, mostly realized in fiber glass, soon freshened the bike scene and some ideas were even picked up by large manufacturers. The Beefy Body derives from a design by the legendary Californian company Tracy, which was an industry leader in this field back then. Gas tank, seat, side panels and rear fender form a single unit and completely transform the bike. Just add a fancy paint job and your scoot will stand out in the crowd, guaranteed. The whole body is made from fiber glass covered with a VE Flex gelcoat, which provides a smooth and clean surface for painting. The original fender struts can be omitted and the Beefy Body bolts directly to the frame. A seat base plate for building your own custom seat comes with it.

Bates Tustin Handlebars
It is not far from Tustin, CA to the Santa Catalina island, where the Catalina Grand Prix, a 100-mile race, was held until the late Fifties. The Bates Tustin handlebars would have been a perfect fit for a race bike back then, because it has many talents. A speedy pace on windy roads or light offroad tracks - no problem for the Tustin. Bobber or Scrambler style scooters, they all benefit from its ready-set-go seating position and hand posture.

Biltwell Whiskey Throttle Grips
The Biltwell Whiskey throttle assembly stands for good looks and long term service. It fits all 1-inch O.D. handlebars and is supplied with various cable ferrules which fit both threaded and click-in barrel ends on stock Harley cables. If you don’t run stock H-D cables on your motorcycle, the ferrules also provide plenty of options for custom single- or double-cable assembly. Grips have to be ordered separately.
