Andrews Cams Twin Cam Chain Drive

Engines of the Twin Cam generation respond extremely well to performance cams due to their larger bore and shorter stroke. Significantly more torque and horsepower are within easy reach. The cam sets work in carburetor and EFI engines. Stock hydraulic tappets can be retained but OEM  non-adjustable pushrods have to be swapped for adjustable type pushrods.

Andrews Sportster Gear Sets

Our complete gear sets include all necessary sprockets to properly overhaul a 4-speed transmission for Harley-Davidson Sportster models. In addition to the standard ratios, we also offer “close ratio” sets that feature a longer input gear pairing for a sportier shifting experience. The standard set has an input gear ratio of 18/26 (1:1.444), while the close-ratio set uses 17/27 (1:1.588) for tighter gear spacing. The 4th gear remains at the factory standard 1:1 ratio in both versions. These gear sets are ideal for transmission rebuilds and performance upgrades on Harley-Davidson Sportsters, ensuring precise fitment and high durability.
