Engines of the Twin Cam generation respond extremely well to performance cams due to their larger bore and shorter stroke. Significantly more torque and horsepower are within easy reach. The cam sets work in carburetor and EFI engines. Stock hydraulic tappets can be retained but OEM non-adjustable pushrods have to be swapped for adjustable type pushrods.
TW 37b
Hot street cams for 88 or 96 cui. Yield 80+ rear wheel horsepower with well tuned 88 incher, more with 96. Smooth idle, broad torque (2200-5600 rpm). Designed for 9.0 to 9.5:1 compression ratio.
