Knipex PreciForce Crimp Tool
Copper wires of motorccle electrics seem to shrink in diameter every couple of years or so. Not only stock electrics, but also on custom rear lights, LED turn signals and so on. Had the 6 V bikes AWG 14 wires throughout and even AWG 12 in some applications, we're down to AWG 22, 20, and 18 nowadays. Have a look at some 2018 and later Harley-Davidson turn signal wires and connectors, or at one of these tiny Atto DF thingies and you know what we mean.
The Knipex PreciForce crimp tool will handle non-insulated crimp connectors for wire sizes from 27 to 13 AWG. It has four precision jaws for different sizes of crimp terminals. Smooth and easily controlled action provide perfect crimps for any type of small diameter wires that are destined to go into micro connectors. The handles are feature ergonomic non-slip moulded plastic grips.
