Spoke kits for all standard Harley-Davidson hubs from 1936 onward, suitable for classic Big Twin hubs including rear hubs of FX, FXD, FXWG, and Sportster models. Not suitable for 45” front hubs, K models, Sportster, FX, FXR, or Dyna front hubs.
The spoke lengths are suitable for symmetrical lacing of deep-dish rims of the listed diameters. Each kit contains 40 spokes of the same length and 40 nipples.
CAD Spokes (ZnNi process)
The HD factory finish for spokes well into the seventies was cad plating. For serious restaurations this is a must but it looks also cool on bobbers especially when combined with black rims and hubs.
As part of the ZnNi process, there may be a slight surface discoloration that can be polished away without problems with a rag and some WD-40.
Spoke Heads of Equal Length
The kits contain spokes with heads of equal length. On lacing the wheel, the inner spokes are positioned side by side to the outer ones.
