If you look up parts manuals you'll find 11164 as part number for two completely different snap rings: #1 for 1-1/4” shafts with 31 mm ID, and #2 for 1-1/16” bores with 24 mm ID. The big one once was assigned part number 11048, as AMF-era and even older OEM stock paper bags show. After 1983 Harley-Davidson seems to have assigned part number 11164 to the 31 mm part, as the old one was considered obsolete. For your convenience we list the IDs of the parts. Please take measures before ordering, just to be sure.
