These block-off plates with two threaded sockets derive from the race track and are intended for magneto equipped bikes without generator. They simply install in lieu of your genny and bolt down with the stock hardware.

Certainly looks cool on Old School Bobbers or Retro Racers, too, definitely better than bicycle saddles.
