The S&S V80 engine is a solid performance solution for riders who prefer Evo displacement but want extra reliability and technology. With the same displacement and dimensions as the Harley-Davidson Evolution stock engine, the V80 fits easily into original frames.
Performance is enhanced by the S&S 508 camshaft, 585 valve springs, and S&S High Flow cylinder heads. The engine is made from the same high-quality materials as the larger S&S engines, supporting long-term durability.
The V80 is available in an aluminum cast finish or matte black powder coat. The rocker box and timing cover are chrome-plated, giving the engine a visually upgraded appearance.
Equipment notes:
- Carburetor and ignition are not included; existing components can be reused.
- All standard-length Evo manifolds fit the cylinder heads.
- The engine is EFI-compatible but requires an additional fuel injection hardware module and calibration.
