Facts

Stock 3-1/2” bore cylinders by S&S made as strong as the famous Sidewinder big bore cylinders. Can be used as stock replacement for Evolution models and feature additional fin surface for improved heat dissipation and rigid casting for more reliable gasket seal. Oil return passages are stock for simple installation. We strongly recommend these jugs for stroker engines.

Unlike stock cylinders S&S Evolution style front and rear cylinders are different. So watch their respective position during installation.

Cylinders which are not offered as complete kits, i.e. with pistons and rings, are not finish honed. This job must be performed in a qualified workshop.

An easy and economic way to increase displacement of 883 and 1100 Evo Sportster models to 1200cc. This kit with 3-1/2” bore forged pistons only requires to bore the stock cylinders from 3 inch to 3-1/2 bore, or purchase new 3-1/2 inch bore cylinders. No combustion chamber modifications or flywheel rebalancing is necessary. Compression ratio will be a very streetable 9.5:1. The piston skirts are coated for reduced friction during break-in.
