Cylinders for Flathead 750cc / 45 cui.
Cylinders as used on 750 cc / 45 cui. Flatheads 1940 and up. All that is required for installation is honing for pistons and a valve job. Valve guides and manifold nipples are pre-installed.
The front cylinders are original cylinders from old stocks and differ from the rear replica cylinders in terms of surface structure.
Both cylinders require pistons and piston rings of the first oversize (+0.010"). The pressed-in valve guides are honed to 0.10-0.12mm clearance.
Cylinders which are not offered as complete kits, i.e. with pistons and rings, are not finish honed. This job must be performed in a qualified workshop.
