"Big Twin 1958-1986" includes Panhead engines from 1958-1965, all Shovelheads and the first Evo engines up to 1986. On these engines, the bearing rollers run in cages directly on the right-hand crankshaft journal with a 1-1/4" diameter on the bearing. The rollers can be replaced when worn, just like the cages. The bearing clearance is determined by the appropriate selection of rollers. Incidentally, the cages and rollers are identical to the corresponding parts in the star hub.
