This primary cover serves as an original replacement for various Harley-Davidson Big Twin models from 1970 to 2005. It is reinforced at all critical points to ensure long-lasting stability and protection of the primary drive. The cover is made of cast aluminum and chrome-plated, providing both durability and a classic appearance.

Colony Starter Shaft Nut and Spacer Kit for FL 1965-1969
Original FL 1965-1969 primary covers are hard to come by or in bad condition. Tryinf to replace a →1969 primary cover with the 1970→ part is self-evident. But the starter shafts of FL models 1965-1969 are 7mm shorter than the starter shafts of 1970 and later FL models. This kit provides a means to close this gap and consists in a longer spacer and nut. It replaces the one-part starter shaft nut 31530-65.
