The wedge shaped Snebamse saddlebag is especially designed for Dyna and Softail model owners who like to retain their stock turn signals. It features a large lid with four straps to attach a sleeping bag, tent etc. A large front pocket holds your maps or other flat equipment. The interior backside is reinforced with a leather covered steel plate to improve the overall stability of the saddlebag. The outer backside is doubled with leather to guard the bag against chain guard, shock and axle.

The selection includes straight back bags for Softail models and rigid frame bikes and shaped back versions for bikes with conventional shocks.

In typical Scandinavian style these bags are used as left side single saddlebags.

Installation with Lejonkulan Quicklock systems:

On 1984-99 FLSTC, FLSTF, 1993-96 FLSTN, 2000-02 FLSTC and 2005-later FLSTN installation is bolt-on with the turn signals in their stock position.
On all other Softail and Dyna-Models installation is bolt-on, too, but turn signals have to be relocated. If you prefer to keep the turn signals where they are you will have to drill and tap one 3/8" UNC hole into the fenderstruts to mount the Quicklock system.

Lejonkulan Saddlbebags Mounting

Lejonkulan saddlebags require drilling of two holes into the backside for installation. Use the supplied stainless steel strap for reinforcement.

Lejonkulan Saddlbebags

Lejonkulan saddlebags are made from 3.7 - 4 mm thick, dyed through Italian leather. Only the best parts from the back section of the cowhide, called Double Butts, are used for it. All buckles are made of nickle plated brass. Rivets are made of black oxidized brass or nickle plated brass. Each saddlebag is indiviually numbered and sold each, incl. a small tin of leather grease.
