Gloves

Good gloves are an important part of your equipment, both when riding your Harley-Davidson and in the workshop, as they protect your hands. With well-known manufacturers such as Wells Lamont, Geier, Raber, Churchill and Mechanix, our wide product range will meet most individual needs or wishes, depending on the field of application.

Why do I need gloves on my Harley-Davidson?

The sun is warming up, you get on your Harley, you enjoy the short ride at the end of the day and then: holy sh@t - you underestimated that gravel in the bend. More or less instinctively, the rider tries to protect himself with his hands in the event of an accident. Then the skin rasping over the ground ... That's all you need to imagine to understand the purpose of gloves on a motorcycle. The use of high-quality materials underlines the high standards we set for our gloves. We prefer to use cowhide, deerskin, bison leather or elk leather, as leather has a high abrasion resistance, is robust and durable and also provides good protection against wind, cold and rain.

Work gloves

For mending fences, taming horses and many other jobs around the house, garden and farm, it is best to use the Wells Lamont gloves but you can also wear them on your Harley. When it comes to fiddly screws and retaining rings in the innards of your favorite Harley, in short: when it comes to delicate work, work gloves from Mechanix are the best choice. Mechanix relies on the use of polyester fabric and synthetic leather to provide the dexterity required in the workshop with the best possible protection. Nevertheless, you can frequently see them being used as riding gloves, too.

Equipment of gloves

Depending on the model, both motorcycle and work gloves are equipped with special features for specific fileds of application. Touchscreen suitability, impact absorption, fast-fit function, reinforced palms, and, and, and, ... in this case, there's no getting around reading the product descriptions. Incidentally, gloves are sized according to the circumference of the hand between the base of the thumb and the knuckles. The instructions for measuring are also included with the gloves in our store.
