Department of Customization Coveralls
There is hardly a better gear for your wrenching ventures than the DOC coverall. It is comfortable, rugged and features enough pockets to hold all the small parts you just took off your scooter. The white color might appear a bit impractical but period photos of the 1930s and 1940s clearly show that this was very common in the good old days. Perhaps it encouraged the mechanic to perform his work neat and clean. Of course, with time and a lot of wrenching they develop a nice patina. Choose from regular cut and tall cut coveralls with the latter having longer sleeves and legs.
