Our electric start system just got even more stealthy.
The Cannonball Stealth Starter can give classic Harley Big Twins (with rigid or swingarm frames) the almost invisible option of starting by pushing a button. For reliable operation this system needs a powerful 12V Li-Ion battery, a solenoid, additional wiring and circuit breakers. To avoid an unsightly mess we developed this solution that incorporates everything inside a humble looking Harley HM5 battery case. From the outside it’s as stock looking as the 6V original, but the electrics inside are state of the art. In the two compartments there’s room for a 12 cell Antigravity Li-Ion battery and all necessary electrical components. A stock like lid looks as innocent as the vintage acid lead battery it replaces.

Cannonball SSK-R "A Dent"
When installing the Cannonball SSK-R, some space must be created between the rear mudguard and the electric starter. This can be done by cutting or denting. This preformed aluminium plate provides a very neat solution. Cut out the mudguard according to the template provided, attach it to the lower fender mount bracket and to the bracket on the oil tank, and you're done.

If you want to keep your original mechanical rear brake after purchasing a Cannonball SSK-R E-Starter and have installed an original 2-1 exhaust system, you need this extended crossover shaft. Cannonball SSK-S Transmission Base Plates
Bullet-proof version of the stock 1965-1985 transmission mounting plate which is guaranteed not to bend or flex. Precisely cut from high quality S 355 construction steel, with 2 square front holes to work with carriage bolts (stock equipment 1977→). Unlike original plates it is machined out of one solid piece of steel to provide extra rigidness. The two-window design makes it compatible with pre-1965 transmssions, too. However, you will require a custom primary chain tensioner in these applications. Recommended when using a Cannonball SSK-S electric start system or a high performance engine.
