Bulbs for position lights

On most bikes, the mandatory position lights ("parking lights") are integrated into the headlight. This saves an additional component. In older headlights you can still find the BA9s socket for the position lights, newer ones have almost exclusively plug-in glass-base bulbs. W2.1x9.5d is the name.

The bullet lights, so popular as turn signals and position lights, have the larger bases with the designation BA15s or BAY15d, depending on whether the bulbs have one filament (single) or two (dual). As you see, to read such designations is not so difficult. Just in case, we have listed drawings of the base and the power and voltage of each bulb.
