Footrest brackets
Whether rider footpegs or passenger footpegs, the bracket mediates between the peg and the frame. On Harleys like Sportsters, FLHs, Dynas or FX anyway, because Harleys like to use the same footrest types across models. And yes, why should each model have its own footrest replacement part number when it only takes one successful design to satisfy everyone? Exactly! And so you can just quickly change a footrest holder on the Dyna, Sportster, FX and FLH or on the rigid-framed Bobber and treat yourself or the passenger to a new, more comfortable or simply different seating position. Or even replace the standard bracket with a cool accessoriy part. You don't always need a complete bracket. Quite often you can get along with studs or footrest bolts, e.g. from Bates or for the Sportster.
