If you do not want to drill your handlebar, this universal push-button is a good option for handlebar mounting. Power is supplied via a wire, with the ground contact made through the housing and the clamping straps to the handlebar ground. Since one should not rely on the current returning to the battery through the well-greased steering head bearings, an additional ground wire from the handlebar clamp, riser, etc. to the frame is recommended.
The universal push-button can be used, for example, to operate the horn or to short-circuit magnetos.
