The Cyclery Springer Front Fenders for Big Twin and Servi-car

A small part which makes a big difference - at least for the connoisseur. This neat little butterfly was used to hold the 5/8” wide fender braces in place on all models 1934-1939. The factory spot welded it but you can TIG-weld or braze it, too. Three are needed per bike, two on the front and one on the rear fender.

As early as in the 1930’s factory accessory catalogs showed decorative reflectors or jewels, which proved very popular for decades. You could place them almost everywhere on the bike to achieve that extra shine. Our selection of Red Fox reflectors includes various types for multiple purposes, each in different colours. These little mascots were popular accessories in the Fifties among bikers as well as in the Hot Rod scene. The Factory offered them in the official accessory catalog where you could choose from lions, jumping horses or greyhounds, i.e. rather nice and innocent motifs. However, there are nastier versions, too. One of those is the "Cock-a-snoot" devil, which is a little Lucifer which thumbs his nose at someone. Needles to say, this was the preferred mascot on Hot Rod bumpers and Bobber fenders, because it perfectly demonstrated the owners feelings about his competitor and his mill, especially after he had just outraced him. The mascot offered here is a detailed and accurate reproduction after a pattern originating from these glorious days. Made from pewter and highly polished, with 3/8”-16 mounting thread.

The story goes like this: when the weather is nice you enjoy the breeze in your face and when it turns bad you wish you had some protection. So what can you do? The solution is the smart Hanson roll-up windshield, which appeared on the accessory scene in the late 1940s. With this one you can have both. In its lower position the screen tucks on the handlebars and you are "in the wind", but rolled-up it almost provides the protection of a regular windshield.
