Spoke kits for all standard Harley-Davidson hubs from 1936 onwards, suitable for classic Big-Twin hubs including FX, FXD, and Wide-Glide hubs (FXWG), except front hubs of 45”, K-models, Sportster, FX, FXR, and Dyna.
The spokes are matched to the specific hub dimensions and take into account spoke angles and required inner/outer spoke lengths. This ensures a precise lacing pattern with correct tension for stable front wheels on classic Harley models.
Our sets cover all common wheel sizes from 15 to 21 inches and are suitable for both faithful restorations and custom builds using classic Harley hubs.
CAD Spokes (ZnNi process)
The HD factory finish for spokes well into the seventies was cad plating. For serious restaurations this is a must but it looks also cool on bobbers especially when combined with black rims and hubs.
As part of the ZnNi process, there may be a slight surface discoloration that can be polished away without problems with a rag and some WD-40.
Spoke Heads of Equal Length
The kits contain spokes with heads of equal length. On lacing the wheel, the inner spokes are positioned side by side to the outer ones.
