These 40 mm flat throttle slide carburetors are made by Mikuni and especially designed for Harley-Davidson's Shovelhead and Evolution engines. The advantages of the popular HS40 carburetor are its easy installation, improved starting, more torque throughout the RPM range and fully adjustable accelerator pump. Mikuni HS40 carburetors are designed for use with pull and idle cables.

Helix PU Carburetor Vent Lines/Overflow Hoses
Vent and overflow hose sold by the meter, made from polyurethane with a Shore A hardness of 85. This PU offers exceptional flexibility, high abrasion resistance, and resistance to mineral oil, gasoline, and other hydrocarbons — unfortunately, it is not particularly resistant to ethanol. For this reason, the hose is suitable only for carburetor fuel containing a maximum of 10% ethanol.
