Intake manifold for Keihin CV carburetors (from 1989)
Until the late 1980s, Harley-Davidson carburetors were clamped on, but with the Keihin CV carburetor came the change: all Keihin CV carburetors are plugged into the intake manifold. Of course, we have the essential gasket for this in stock for you, as well as the intake manifolds themselves and the connecting parts to the cylinder heads: flanges and ring gaskets with a wedge-shaped cross-section.
The Keihin CV carburetor is held to the cylinder heads on the air intake side by the air filter base plate via two screws. If you don't have or don't want the original air filter, you will have to think about a separate bracket. This is actually a simple and ingenious system.
