Many headlamp housings are sold with bulb wire sockets, but what if you lost yours? Or your old socket has gone mouldy and does not conduct electricity.
On the Hella socket you simply pincs the wires by means of springs and you're done. The socket fits H4 bulbs and Bilux with this type of spades.
The clamps accept wires up to AWG 10 (6 mm2) and are therefore quite strong. For wires that are thinner than AWG 16 (1.5 mm2) we recommend using wire end ferrules.
