Bracket to guide the hand clutch cable, which was used in the years 1941-1952 in addition to the foot clutch on WLA/C and Servi Cars. The bracket is mounted on top of the foot clutch cable which is bolted to the seatpost tube. The hand clutch cable attaches to hole of the release lever below the foot clutch cable slot.

Military WLC models were additionally equipped with a hand clutch control for safe operation of the motorcycle in difficult terrain/situations where the soldier needed both feet on the ground. Of course, this assembly works on WLA and civilian 45” models, too, or on custom Flatheads with hand clutch only. Available with or without hand lever.
Hand Brake and Clutch Control 1941-1964
Reproductions of the early style brake and clutch levers as used from 1941–1964. The cable recess accepts brake and clutch cables with Ø 5/16”.
