On Sportster models, the brake pedal is originally mounted on the right footpeg bracket. Like the pedal hole, this bracket is subject to wear and tear. Many brackets were also discarded while installing a set of forward controls. In any case, you will need a new mount at some point. Good original footrest mounts are now a rare commodity. That's why InMaxWeTrust has taken on this small but important part and offers it with a bright zinc finish.
