When replacing a cable driven speedometer by an electronic unit, there's always the question where to mount the indispensable sensor. This inventive converter eliminates the search for an adequate place, it simply screws to the upper end of the drive cable, picks up the rotary cable movement and sends a signal to the speedo. Works only on 12 V DC.
