The GasBox DIY sissy bar kits give you all the parts necessary to build and mount a bespoke sissy bar to pretty much any chopper or custom bike. Just cut the loop to the desired length and weld! Kit includes a pre-bent 26" tall sissy bar loop, two mounting tabs, two pre-bent axle plate mounts, two axle plate mounts, and two 5/16"-18 mounting bungs for mounting a fender.

Upper fender mount brackets which are meant for welding to the frame cross bar. Made from 1/4” steel material, which you can cut, grind, file or weld to make them fit. Slightly radiused with two 1/2” spacers so they also fits against ribbed fenders, but can be bent or flattened out to fit the profile of your individual fender.

This do-it-yourself kit includes everything you need to make some nice, clean fender struts that are beefy enough to support your fender and then some. It is all steel so you can TIG weld it up, paint, powder-coat or chrome however you want it it and hit the road. Included are:...

Cast steel, weld-on fender mount brackets which are meant for welding to the frame cross bar on rigid frames. You can cut, grind, file or weld on these to make them fit. The radiused side that fits against your fender can be radiused more or flattened out to fit the profile of the fender you are using.
