Complete kit with all standard engine fasteners for Harley-Davidson motors in cadmium plating. Includes screws and nuts for the primary cover, lifter base, circuit breaker, cam cover, cylinder base, oil pump, transmission side and top covers, as well as case studs and nuts. Also included: timing plug, transmission fill plug, generator screws, head bolts and washers.
All parts meet or exceed original Harley-Davidson specifications. Ideal for engine rebuilds, restorations, and replacing worn fasteners.

Cannonball Big Twin Flathead Crankcases
Reproduction crankcases which meet or exceed highest restoration demands. Cast from state-of-the-art materials and machined on CNC equipment for strength and precise fitment. Intended to work with stock or identically constructed engine components. Finished and detailed like the original counterparts so these cases will smoothly blend into your old mill to give it a new life. For ease of installation both case halves are carefully matched and feature pre-installed case bushings, which are line bored and lapped for standard rollers. CHP Oil Feed Pumps for Flatheads
It’s a fact: when pushed, those trusty Flatheads get hot, or very hot to put it bluntly, which is also a result of low oil pump volume and pressure. The CHP pump is a once and for all cure for this problem. While looking stock on the outside it substantially raises the capacity of the engines lubrication system with its internal modern gerotor technology. Oil pressure with hot engine is typically around 30 psi, instead of 5 psi with stock pumps. Feed volume is about 1 quart per 45 seconds, while original pumps need 7-10 minutes for this. As a result the engine runs smoother and cooler and can handle more power without problems. Installation is easy as this is a a true bolt-on unit.

Cannonball Big Twin Flathead Crankcases Kits with Cams and Gear Cover
The main challenge during restoration and assembly of Flathead engines is the exchange and alignment of the bushings in the right crankcase and the gear cover. Nine bronze bushings need to be installed and line reamed to ensure that four cams and the pinion shaft with its gears turn smoothly. This is a major task and requires several special reamers, which your average workshop does not have. The problem increases when case and cover were not factory matched. ...
