Carlo's Motorcycles

Carlo’s Motorcycles, based in Wendlingen, Germany, is a specialized supplier of motorcycle spare parts, custom components, and high-quality conversion parts, particularly for classic Harley-Davidson models. The company was founded by Carlo, a master mechanic with many years of experience in special machine construction, who has been intensively involved with motorcycles from Milwaukee since the mid-1980s.

In 1997, Carlo turned his passion into a profession and established a workshop where classic Harley engines - from Flathead and Panhead to Shovelhead, as well as Evo and Twin Cam engines - are rebuilt, restored, and further developed to this day. This technical expertise forms the foundation for the in-house components developed and manufactured by Carlo’s Motorcycles.

A central focus lies in the in-house production of custom parts. These include kick gears, mainshafts and countershafts for four- and five-speed transmissions, as well as other precision-manufactured components for engines and drivetrains. The parts are produced to high quality standards and consistently meet the “Made in Germany” claim. The range is complemented by individually manufactured sheet metal and metalwork items such as tanks, rear fenders, and exhaust systems.
