Complete and accurate reproduction of the classic H-D Springer fork (Inline) as used by the factory on Big Twins 1937-1938. Manufactured just like back in the good old times, i.e. with forged legs and connecting components, which makes them equal to the original counterpart concerning stability and service life.
Use this top-quality fork as stock replacement for your restauration or as a part of your chopper or bobber project-bike. The special features are:
Bare - allows an individual finish of the fork, Narrow 1936-1937 type mudguard mount , Completely brazed, Brake anchor mount for drum brake are soldered just like stock, "Swept-forward" rigid fork as used by the factory 1936-1940, Rockers are round at the top, i.e. they have no raised sprues for the grease nipples, Grease nipples for the guide bushings on the upper triple clamp point inwards, as common in 1936-1938, Threaded hole on the rigid fork for the brake control coil clip is slightly off-center as it was fitted from late 1937 onwards , The dimensions of our standard forks are exactly the same as for the original Springer forks (48,5 cm = 19” from center of wheel axle to lower neck bearing seat).,
This fork features a fork stem that works with the included centering collar for 1936-up ball bearings. It is not drilled for the 1948→ steering head lock.
Length is measured from axle center line to seat of lower steering head bearing.

Back in the days, when most roads were a far cry from what we know today the Ride Control was standard equipment and an indispensable device for the rider to react to road conditions. By turning the hand wheel you can adjust the spring action and the bounce is taken out of the front wheel on rough roads for safe riding at high speeds. As a rule of thumb you decrease friction the better the road gets and the lower the speed is, at which you ride. This detailed reproduction comes complete, ready to bolt on. A must for any restauration.

Take the squirrely feeling from springer fork rides and improve handling significantly with one of these stock style steering dampers. Installation requires stock fork stem and frame. Each set comes complete and ready-to-install. Kits are available with levers and frame brackets in a chromed or zinc-plated finish.

Wobbly brake pedals leave a bad impression to expert observers and are annoying for the rider. These oversize brake lever studs which will take the slack out of your foot brake lever in no time. Just ream your lever to size and you are all set.

Windshields with the lower part made from canvas are recommended to be be mounted with an apron guard, sometimes called hand guard, to protect the windshield fabric from being scuffed by the fork springs.

A second life is possible for your worn down rocker shafts. These repair bushings have smaller than stock IDs so you can ream them individiually to size after you dressed your oval shafts on a lathe back to a perfectly round condition.

Stock replacement parts for I-beam fork fork type steering damper.

If you don’t like the stock mushy rubber parts use these preformed replacement bushings made from polypropylene. They are considerably harder and provide a more positive feel at the handlebars. Still they absorb some vibrations. Fit all original and similar Flanders Dog Bone Riser.
